Fellow Advancement Session
The LCHE Board is excited to offer an online Fellow Advancement Program in 2024 facilitated by Dr. Rich Priore, FACHE. Dr. Priore is a clinical associate professor at Tulane University and has experience leading previous programs with a 90%+ advancement rate!
The Fellow Advancement Program will be a weekly online “lunch and learn” beginning June 6 through August 22 from 12-1 pm. All sessions will also be recorded. The $99 program fee includes access to the eBook, flashcards, and sample test questions, and will be reimbursed by LCHE to Louisiana members who advance to Fellow in 2024. The requirements to participate in the Fellow Advancement Program are:
- Complete and submit the ACHE Fellow application.
- Prepare and co-present the learning objectives for one of the ten Knowledge Management Areas
(estimated 60 to 90 minutes total prep time). - Attend “live” or watch the posted recordings if unable to attend any session.
- Apply and take the Board of Governors exam no later than December 30, 2024.
Registration to participate in the Fellow Advancement Program is now open in More Information and Register. Registration will close on May 30, one week before the start.
There will be an Advancement Information Session led by Dr. Priore on May 14 from 12-1 pm for members interested in learning about the program and the requirements to become a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Please register for the Advancement Informational Session in More Information and Register. Upon registration, you will receive an email containing a Zoom link for the May 14th meeting.
